Pekka Lukkaroinen Architects Ltd. is one of the leading multidisciplinary practices in Northern Finland. We specialise in public buildings such as schools and hospitals, as well as large commercial centres, residential buildings, industrial complexes, leisure centres and office buildings. Masterplanning and urban design are another focal point of our design practise. Furthermore, we also offer services in project planning and management and property development. Besides buildings and landscapes, our range of design expertise also extends to interior spaces.
We offer services to our clients from the needs assessment, project planning and ideation phase all the way through to the completion of the project. When required we will also be involved in planning the development of a property throughout its entire life span. In this way we can take into consideration the flexibility and future functioning of the building during the design phase, and thereby reduce the cost of large scale alterations in the future. |
